Pamela Ashanut Okille – Development Consultant: With over 8 years work experience in various capacities, she adds to the firms competence in the areas of: programme reviews/assessments; organisational capacity assessments; organisational development including diagnosis and facilitating the required follow up interventions e.g. team building, leadership training, planning; developing monitoring tools; facilitating group and individual processes on self-development; developing training materials; and facilitating strategic planning processes. Barongo Ateenyi – Development Consultant / Researcher: Has over 14 years cumulative expertise in Baseline Surveys; Socio-Economic Research; Human Rights Studies; Programme Design; Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E); Project Planning and Management (PPM); and Organizational Assessment and Development (OD).
